At KREEZUS WEARS, we want to sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Terms and Conditions of Refund
1. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days after receipt of your order. To request a refund, please contact us at kreezuswears.contact@gmail.com providing your order number and explaining the reason for your request.
2. Eligible Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Damaged or used items will not be refunded.
3. Return shipping: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part (e.g., shipping an incorrect or defective item). We recommend that you use a tracking service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. Refund Process: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. If the item is approved for refund, the amount will be credited to your account in the next 3 working days.
Exceptions
Sale or promotional items are generally excluded from our refund policy, except in the event of a manufacturing defect. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
